Wenn wir auch unser Haus nicht öffnen dürfen, auf die charakteristische Festivalatmosphäre bei HEREANDNOW wollen wir nicht verzichten! Deshalb haben wir für euch ein virtuelles Festivalzentrum gebaut, in dem ihr in dem ihr Leute treffen, ins Gespräch kommen und digital abhängen könnt. Ab Freitag, den 7. Mai, 11 Uhr ist das das virtuelle Festivalzentrum in Gathertown für euch geöffnet. Der Eintritt ins Festivalzentrum ist kostenlos. Lasst euch auf unser digitales Experiment ein – wir freuen uns auf euch im Festival-Zentrum!
We are not allowed to open our house, but we don’t want to miss out the characteristic festival atmosphere at HEREANDNOW! That’s why we’ve built a virtual festival hub for you. Here you can meet people, get into conversation and hang out digitally. From 11am on Friday 7 May, the virtual festival hub in Gathertown will be open. Entry to the festival hub is free. Get involved in our digital experiment – we look forward to seeing you at the festival hub!
Hier noch ein paar Infos zu Gathertown: Am besten funktioniert Gathertown am PC oder Laptop (und nicht am Handy) und mit den Browsern Chrome oder Mozilla Firefox. Bevor es losgeht, gebt ihr euren Namen ein und sucht euch einen Avatar aus. Das ist eure Figur, die ihr mithilfe der Pfeil-Tasten auf der Tastatur über das Gelände wandeln lasst. Beim Betreten von Gathertown wird euch euer Browser bitten, das Mikrofon und die Kamera benutzen zu dürfen – stimmt dem bitte zu, damit ihr mitmachen könnt. Und nicht verzweifeln, wenn es nicht gleich klappt. Wir begrüßen euch am Eingang zum Festivalzentrum und helfen gern. Und wenn gar nichts mehr geht, gibt es immer noch eine Chatfunktion, die ihr links im Fenster findet. Über die erreicht ihr uns auf jeden Fall.
Here’s some more info about Gathertown: Gathertown works best on a PC or laptop (and not on a mobile phone) and with the browsers Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Before starting, enter your name and choose an avatar. This is your character, which you can walk around the area using the arrow keys on the keyboard. When you enter Gathertown, your browser will ask you to use the microphone and camera – please agree to this on your computer so that you can join in. And don’t despair if you don’t get it right away. We will welcome you at the entrance to the festival hub and will be happy to help. And if you get stuck, there’s always the chat function in the window on the left. You can definitely reach us via the chat function.
